How do I turn on/off closed captions on my Xbox One?

There are two ways to turn on closed captions on Xbox One:

1. From the Home screen of your Xbox One, open the guide and select Settings.
2. Select All Settings.
3. Select Ease of Access.
4. Select Closed Captions.
5. Select On. Adjust the style if desired.
6. Closed captions are now turned on for all full episodes on The CW App.

OR

1. Open The CW App and select an episode you want to watch.
2. Press the A button to open the video controls.
3. Select Closed Captioning/Subtitles. Adjust the style if desired.
4. Closed captions are now turned on. 

To turn off closed captions on Xbox One: 

1. From the Home screen of your Xbox One, open the guide and select Settings.
2. Select All Settings.
3. Select Ease of Access.
4. Select Closed Captions.
5. Select Off. 
6. Closed captions are now turned off.

OR

1. Open The CW App and select an episode you want to watch.
2. Press the A button to open the video controls.
3. Select Closed Captioning/Subtitles.
4. Closed captions are now turned off.
