There's video playing but no audio on while I'm using Chromecast.

If you are experiencing audio issues while casting from your device, try the following steps:

Check TV Volume Control

Make sure the volume on your TV is not at its lowest setting or muted.

Restart Chromecast

  1. Tap the Chromecast icon in the upper right-hand corner and select Disconnect.
  2. Unplug the USB power cable and reconnect it to restart the Chromecast device.
  3. Force close and restart The CW or CW Seed app.
  4. Choose the video you want to watch and tap the Chromecast icon in the upper right-hand corner and select the device you want to cast to.
