If you are watching a full episode on cwtv.com, and there's audio playing but no video, try the following steps:
Check Your Internet Connection
Your Internet connection and network bandwidth must be sufficient to stream video on cwtv.com or cwseed.com. Video playback quality is based on the strength of your network and internet connection. If the network bandwidth is too low to stream video, you might only get audio.
Restart Your Computer
- Close all apps and restart your computer.
- Go back to cwtv.com and try playing the video again.
Update or Switch Your Browser
- Update your current browser to the latest version.
- Go back to cwtv.com and try playing the video again.
- You may also try using a different browser (e.g. Firefox, Google Chrome, Safari).
Update Adobe Flash Player
Make sure your computer has the latest version of Adobe Flash Player installed and enabled. To do this, go to the Adobe Flash Player Help.
