There are a series of troubleshooting steps you can take to ensure you are receiving an optimal experience on The CW App on Xbox 360.
Check your internet connection.
At times, internet connection will drop out causing the app to stop responding. Open the guide on your Xbox 360 and select Settings > All Settings > Network to check that your connection is active and the signal strength is stable.
Make sure you are using the latest version of The CW App.
We release new versions of our app regularly that fix known issues as well as provide new features. We encourage you to visit the Xbox Store to download the latest version of the app.
Make sure your console is up to date.
Having the latest OS on your device ensures you are getting the optimal experience from The CW App. Open the guide on your Xbox 360 and select Settings > All Settings > Console Info & Updates to check for new updates.
Restart The CW App.
- Press the Xbox button followed by the Menu button.
- Select Close Application.
- Launch The CW app again.
Uninstall and Reinstall The CW App.
- From Xbox Home, navigate to My Games & Apps.
- Highlight The CW and press the Menu button.
- Select Uninstall.
- Navigate to the Xbox Store to reinstall the app.
