CWTV.com / Desktop
Known issue:
- Unable to view content.
Suggested troubleshooting:
- Unblock third-party cookies on your browser.
- Ensure you are not using an ad blocker or that you don't have an ad blocker enabled on the router level in your home. Please visit this article for more information.
- Try using a different browser or a private/incognito browsing window.
To unblock third-party cookies from Google Chrome:
- Visit chrome://settings/content/cookies
- Ensure the "Block third-party cookies" option is toggled off.
To unblock third-party cookies on Firefox:
- Visit about:preferences#privacy (Navigate to Firefox > Preferences > Privacy & Security)
- Ensure you are not blocking "All Third Party Cookies" or "All Cookies"
To unblock third-party cookies on Safari:
- Select Safari > Preferences > Privacy
- Ensure "Block all cookies" option is not selected.
To unblock third-party cookies on Microsoft Edge:
- Select "View Advanced Settings" option on the Settings side panel.
- Scroll down to "Cookies" section and select "Don't block cookies" option.

Issue:
- Unable to view content.

- Clear app cache and restart device
Android Mobile
Known issue:
- Unable to rotate to landscape, unable to view video full screen
Suggested troubleshooting:
- If Auto-rotate is turned off, please try using the quick settings menu to rotate the app
Nvidia Shield TV
Known issue:
- App won't open. Please make sure to update to the latest version of The CW app.
Chromecast
Known issue:
- Closed captions turn off after every ad break. This is a known issue with Chromecast and is expected to be resolved shortly.
iOS Mobile
Known issue:
- Using an HDMI or lightning cable to connect your iPhone to a TV or monitor doesn't allow video to play.
Suggested Alternative:
- Please try using Screen Mirroring or Chromecast.
Vizio TV
Known issue:
- Ads repeat. This is being worked on.
