Our tech team is aware of the following technical issues affecting some users.  If you are experiencing any of the issues below, then please try the suggested troubleshooting steps that are listed and continue to look out for upcoming app updates that will resolve the issue for you soon.

Chromecast

 Known issue:

  • Closed captions turn off after every ad break. This is a known issue with Chromecast and is expected to be resolved shortly.

Vizio TV

 Known issue:

  • Ads repeat. This is being worked on.

CWTV.com / Desktop

 Known issue:

  • Unable to view content. 

Suggested troubleshooting:

  • Unblock third-party cookies on your browser. (Please follow the unblock third-party cookies instruction for your specific browser.)
  • Ensure you are not using an ad blocker or that you don't have an ad blocker enabled on the router level in your home. Please visit this article for more information. 
  • Fully clear cache for cwtv.com or try using a different browser or a private/incognito browsing window.
