Yes! Picture-in-Picture (PiP) mode is now supported on The CW mobile apps for both iOS and Android.
PiP lets you keep watching your show in a small floating window while using other apps on your device. To enable it, tap the Picture-in-Picture icon while a video is playing (see images below). The video will pop out into a small window that stays visible as you navigate your phone or tablet.
Once the PiP window appears, you can resize or move it anywhere on your screen.
This feature is available on the latest CW app version for iOS (as of November 2025) and was already previously supported on Android.
If you don’t see the PiP icon, make sure you’ve updated to the latest version of The CW app from the App Store or Google Play.
