There's video playing but no audio on my Amazon Fire tablet.

If you are experiencing audio issues while using The CW App on Amazon Fire tablet, try the following steps:

Check Volume Control

Make sure the volume is not at its lowest setting or muted.

Update Your Software

Having the latest OS on your device ensures you are getting the optimal experience from The CW apps. Go to Settings > Device Options > System Updates on your device to check for new updates. 

Delete and Reinstall The CW App 

If you are still experiencing audio issues, delete and reinstall The CW App:

  1. From the Home screen, navigate to Settings > Apps & Games.
  2. Select Manage All Applications and select The CW app.
  3. Select Uninstall.
  4. Navigate to the Amazon App Store to reinstall the app.
