When is a new episode made available on The CW App and CWTV.com?

The latest episodes are added to The CW App and CWTV.com the day after the episode has aired on broadcast television. They can be found under "Latest Episodes" on the Home screen of the website and app.

If you do not see an episode that should be available, try refreshing the web page or force closing and relaunching the app.

To force close and relaunch on iOS:

  1. Double tap on the Home button of your device to view all open apps  
  2. Swipe up on The CW App to close it
  3. Press the Home button again to return to your Home screen
  4. Launch The CW App again
  5. If the issue persists, please see Basic Troubleshooting for iPhone and iPad

To force close and relaunch on a Roku player:

  1. Highlight The CW channel and press the * on the Roku Remote  
  2. Select Close
  3. Launch The CW channel again
  4. If the issue persists, please see Basic Troubleshooting for Roku Players

To force close and relaunch on Android:

  1. On the device, tap the Square Icon to show all open apps
  2. Tap the X in the upper right hand corner to close The CW App
  3. Go back to your Home or Apps screen and launch The CW App again
  4. If the issue persists, please see Basic Troubleshooting for Android Phone and Tablet

To force close and relaunch on Apple TV:

  1. To view your open apps, double tap on the Home button located on your Apple TV remote  
  2. Swipe up on The CW App to close it
  3. Return to the Home screen and relaunch The CW App
  4. If the issue persists, please see Basic Troubleshooting for Apple TV

To force close and relaunch on Amazon Fire TV:

  1. From the Fire TV home page, select Settings > Applications > Manage Installed Applications  
  2. Find and select The CW on Fire TV  
  3. Select Force Close
  4. Go back to The CW App page and select Launch

To force close and relaunch on Amazon Fire tablet:

  1. On the device, tap the Square Icon to show all open apps  
  2. Tap the X in the upper right hand corner to close The CW App
  3. Go back to the Apps section and relaunch The CW App
